A leader in the leisure industry seeks a digital strategy/ transformation consultant to work with the board to formulate the digital strategy for a highly complex disparate business providing services to customers across the UK. A key driver is to define and execute a customer acquisition strategy moving from onsite registration to inbound marketing and web based registration. Complexity arises as the business is organised regionally providing outsourced services to a large number of organisations who in turn offer consumer services that are highly localised in terms of pricing and configuration. The challenge is to define a digital strategy that will deliver automation and digitisation of products and customer services whilst balancing the needs of business as usual, legacy system and organisational constraints. The initial piece of work will consist of working with key stakeholders to define a digital strategy and make recommendations on how to achieve it to take the organisation through a digital transformation complete with agile ways of working and organisation design that is fit for purpose. This will likely include or lead onto a technology review.
